Recirculation Duct Work

Recirculation duct work is rectangular, 4-sided, fabricated from 20 gauge aluminized steel. Top mounted for a clean oven floor, ease of servicing, cleaning and product retrieval.

Uniform air distribution through adjustable air nozzles.

Construction

All Dry-Off/Cure Ovens are constructed of 4" or 6" thick insulated Panels - tongue and groove design.

The panels are fabricated from 20 gauge aluminized steel sheet on the interior and exterior, with slotted steel reinforcement strips to prevent through-metal contacts on the sides and ends.

Insulation is 4" or 6" thick 4 lb. density mineral wool, blanket type insulation. The oven frame is structural and tubular steel and is capable of supporting the oven shell, conveyor and product at maximum load.
